Our retail floor spaces are flexible and may be expanded to suit the needs of your shop or restaurant.  The average retail unit is approximately 400 sq. ft.

Please note certain spaces contain private access to the outside, allowing a restaurant to serve customers after the close of the retail floor.  Additionally, other spaces will have direct access to a lower level from the stairs inside their shop for retail or storage use.  Lower level storage is available to all businesses via a central access.
