Are pets allowed at the Arcade Providence?
Unfortunately, no pets of any kind will be permitted to live in the Arcade Providence. No dogs, cats, fish, amphibians, reptiles, insects or any living pets are allowed in the building.

When will I be able to see a model unit?
Model units will be available for viewing in December of 2012. Due to the nature of construction,we will notify you as soon as the models are completed.

When will leases begin?
Leasing opportunities for residential units are slated for this Spring. Although a March 1, 2013 is anticipated, construction sometimes poses delays. Therefore we will do our best to keep you informed and updated on the construction process and we hope to solidify a date for you as soon as possible. We understand the importance of a date to you, however, unfortunately we are not able to commit to a date until construction is completed and proper permits achieved.

Is there parking available at the Arcade for residents?
Parking is available to Arcade Providence residents at the Arcade Garage of $250/mo. Residents may also seek monthly parking arrangements in other garage, covered and uncovered lots across the city. The Arcade does offer bicycle parking inside the facility.

Are there laundry facilities available?
Brand new laundry facilities will be available to residents on the first floor of the Arcade adjacent to the resident’s lounge. Washers and dryers will be accessible via a resident’s individual Arcade keycard.

What is the cost of residential units?
Residential unit pricing will start at $550/month. Units are priced according to the attributes of the unit including space, view and location in the building.

Are there stoves in the Arcade microlofts?
The design of the units are based on efficiency and living simply. Many who will be attracted to living in the Arcade lead busy lifestyles in which cooking is not a priority. The residents may be interested in smaller, microwavable meals and in taking advantage of the food downtown establishments have to offer.

How does the selection process work?
Applications for residency will be available to those who would like to view the units. If an
individual would like to pursue a loft after seeing the unit, they will fill out an application and provide a $25 check for a credit check. The funds will be applied to the initial lease if approved.

Is it possible to reserve a particular unit?
We will be happy to note your unit preference on the waiting list, however we cannot guarantee any specific requests at this time. We will do our best to accommodate all applicants.

Are floor plans available?
Floor plans may be viewed on our website: www.arcadeprovidence.com

Is there security in the building?
Only residents will have access to the residential floor through use of a security coded keycard. The retail floor will be closed to the public in the early morning. The interior and exterior stairs as well as the elevator are accessible only by residents and retail tenants, with retail tenants having only first floor and basement access. Security cameras will also be in the building.

How do I get on the waiting list?
Please contact us with your email and phone number and we would be happy to add you to our list.

How many units are there?
There are 48 units. 46 are one bedroom units and there is one two bedroom and one three
bedroom unit.
